Vito Rizzuto

When a chef sets out to create the ideal kitchen, functionality invariably tops the list of must-haves. Initial layouts confirmed that the kitchen space was too restrictive for an island. "We opted for a bar, and by raising the bar to a height of 42 inches, we established a subtle defining point between the kitchen and dinning room, "states Five Doors North owner and executive chef Vito Rizzuto.
